My favorite way to serve PAU Maui Vodka is shaken as a perfect PAU-tini or on the rocks with a twist of lime.

  • PAU Maui Mule®

    • 2 oz PAU Maui Vodka
    • 1 oz Lime Juice
    • Ginger Beer
    • Lime Wedge Garnish

    Directions: Combine vodka and lime juice in copper mug. Add ice cubes and ginger beer to taste. Garnish with lime wedge.

  • PAU-Berry Smash

    • 2 oz PAU Maui vodka
    • 4 fresh blackberries
    • 5 slapped mint leaves
    • 3/4 oz simple syrup
    • 3/4 oz lime juice
    • Splash of ginger ale
    • Garnish with a sprig of mint

    Directions: Shake with ice. Double strain and pour over ice into a high ball glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.

  • PAU Wild Side

    • 2 slices of fresh cucumber
    • 3/4 lime juice muddled
    • 2 slapped basil leaves
    • 1 1/2 oz PAU Maui Vodka
    • 3/4 oz simple syrup
    • Garnish with basil leaf

    Directions: Shake with ice. Strain and pour over ice into a cocktail glass. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.

  • The Mainsail

    • 2 oz PAU Maui vodka
    • 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
    • 1 oz triple sec
    • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
    • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
    • Splash of orange juice
    • Garnish with pineapple leaf

    Directions: Shake with ice. Strain and pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a pineapple leaf.

  • PAU Bloody Cosmo

    • 1 1/2 oz PAU Maui vodka
    • 1 oz blood orange liqueur
    • 3/4 oz lime juice
    • Splash of cranberry juice
    • Garnish with lime round

    Directions: Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime round.
